Luvo Meals For Your Healthy Self
I try to incorporate healthy meals during my day, and I always pay attention to the nutritional menu on every box I buy. This includes separate meals I make for myself. I received coupons through Moms Meet to try out Luvo Frozen Meals and I was excited to try them out! They are an amazing company that has taken the guess work out of picking out meals during the day or evening. I work every day full time, and these have made it easier for me to pick a meal for lunch and not have to worry about anything else.
They have multiple frozen meals to choose from in the freezer section, and they are reasonably priced. You can find them for around the price of $5 each meal. I chose a variety of four different meals to test out and I have posted a couple of them below for your viewing pleasure.

Chicken & Corn Chowder Bowl
This bowl is packed full of delicious flavors. Usually frozen meals do not have a lot of flavoring due to being frozen. Luvo Meals are completely different than what you may think! They have so much flavor, your mouth will water for more after the bowl is empty. Although that is one thing I must say about the Luvo Meals is that there isn’t enough in them. However, it is a good serving if you are looking to stay healthy!
The chicken is well cooked in the bowl and the corn chowder packs a punch of delicious flavors in every bite. I enjoyed this one at work and I was plenty surprised by the first bite. It tastes just like corn chowder with added vegetables and chunks of chicken that are a great serving size.
Orange Mango Chicken
Talk about steamables! This steam pouch is full of flavored food that you might just melt over. Again, it’s not filled to the top and there isn’t a ton in there but it’s enough to fill you up for a while, especially if you are looking to stay healthy. It’s easy to pop the bag in the microwave and let it do it’s work. I love that it steams it and keeps it all fresh tasting instead of flattened out with no flavor at all like some frozen meals do.
This one has big chunks of chicken with plenty of rice and broccoli to really give it full flavor. I also love that it has the orange sauce with a mixture of other seasonings that makes it great tasting in every bite.
I highly recommend purchasing some Luvo meals to have in your freezer as a go-to meal during lunch or even dinner time. They are healthier than other choices, and even non-GMO which is a huge plus for me in many way! You can purchase these meals in the freezer section at Wegmans, Ahold, Kroger, Wakefern, Albertsons, Safeway, Publix, Raley’s and Big Y stores!
