I guess you’re here to figure out who I am, right? I am a stay at home mom, full time college student, wife, blogger enthusiast, crafter, baker, chef. The list goes on for miles. I’m sure you can relate to me pretty closely. I was born in February. I am an Aquarius. I am a Christian. I have been married for 7 years, Valentine’s day, 2016. Married to an amazing husband (We all say that don’t we? There’s always some truth behind it though!), mother to two beautiful girls, one who is five and the youngest who is sixteen months old.
I grew up in a small city in New York. My mother homeschooled me from sixth grade on to twelfth so I obviously jumped on that train heading straight to college to get my Associate’s Degree. I love to learn. I graduated in 2007, met my husband before I graduated, moved a few hours away from my home town with my husband who was my boyfriend at the time. It was a major shock for me as I had not been away from the home for as long as I planned on being, and with no family close by.
College life, a home, and more.
I went to college for my Bachelor’s but due to the location and the neighborhood environment, we ended up moving back home. My hubby proposed to me in 2008 and we married in 2009. Two years later we had our adorable (yet bratty) baby girl and and after a few years searching for the perfect house, we finally found it. July 2014 we purchased our first house and found out in May of 2014 on Mother’s Day (perfect timing!) that we were expecting our second child. She was two weeks late, and she’s always making me late to everything!
Capturing The Moment was an idea of mine that I nervously started, due to the fact that I had no idea what I was doing. I had a blog long before this, at least five years ago that kind of fizzled away as I became very busy with life once my first daughter was born. After I figured out how to manage my life and organize everything in it, I managed to start College for my Bachelor’s Degree. My final presentation for my degree in Organizational Management was January 7th 2015, and my graduation date was scheduled in May of 2015 where I graduated with a GPA of 3.86, summa cum laude and part of the Honors Society of Alpha Sigma Lambda.
What the future holds!
I am currently looking for a full time job where my children will be taken care of by my mother, while my husband goes back to college full time to become a police officer.
I appreciate all of my readers and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for stopping by to inquire about the person behind the blog. Here is to many more years!
